Are you in?
We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Lisbon to work on exciting projects in the data-driven world of sustainable transportation.
What your day-to-day work will be like:
  • Build and maintain the core infrastructure backbone;
  • Automate and optimize processes to increase developer productivity and service quality;
  • Build and maintain observability tools and practices;
  • Develop failure tolerant infrastructure and services;
  • Ensure Daimler’s IT and security policies are implemented.

REQUIREMENTS

You are a great candidate if you have:
  • Experience working according to the CALMS framework
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices (preferably Azure DevOps)
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
  • Strong knowledge of container ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing (preferably Azure)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and best practices
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
  • Experience with Linux server maintenance and networking
  • Experience with Python and Bash scripts
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with backend development
  • Experience maintaining distributed services in production
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with Golang
